ABOUT PAKRAVAN-PAPI
In 1973 Amineh Pakravan, who is Iranian, and her husband Enzo Papi. who is Italian, bought the first plot of land of the farm that is now an 80-hectares estate of vineyards, olive groves and scrubland. Originally the terroir of the old farm had shown a great vocation for viticulture but over time it turned back to wilderness. The challenge for Amineh and Enzo was to revert to the natural qualities of the land and exploit them with the help of new technologies, all the while respecting both the environment and tradition. They also intended to restore the two old farmhouses on the property, dating back to 1740.
