Varietal Composition: 95% Chardonnay, 5% Pinot Gris
Tasting Notes: Aromas of white flowers, citrus, apple, pear, nutmeg & a hint of sea salt give way to a creamy mid-palate with flavors of lemon, green apple, pear, and toasted hazelnuts. The wine has mouthwatering acidity with mineral undertones and a lingering finish. Reminiscent of a Macon style from Southern Burgundy.
